Jade The Artist

I created this puppy portrait using my ipad pro and the procreate program. It has a bit of a learning curve but I figured it out.

These are also available at the museum. 

I'm using pan pastels and colored pencils. It's very detailed so its gonna take awhile to complete. 

I added more layers of color and I think it turned out very good!

This is the finished drawing of smoothie. I had a lot of fun drawing her. I used prismacolor colored pencils.

Owl Sketch

There was so much love in this house. He was always and never.  To be loved is to love. The song of birds was music to her ear. Happiness overcame her like brilliant rays of sunshine at dawn. Their chemistry was unstoppable as a raging bull. Traces of love linger like the smell of rain. There was so much love in this house...

This is a colored pencil drawing of a rose that was sitting on my table. I love roses! I did this one in 2004. As you can see, its alot different than poppies in the summer.

I call this one "Poppies in the Summer" because I saw a patch of poppies one day and I decided to draw it. . This my most recent colored pencil one. It took me 3 months to finish this one.
